Terms of use

The agreement behind the app and every card you top up with it.

Last updated October 18, 2026

Using TopUpVCC (“we”, “us”), the app at topupvcc.com, or any virtual card you top up through it means agreeing to these terms. By creating an account or starting a top-up you accept them, along with the privacy notice and the refund rules. If you disagree with any part, don’t use the app.

The short version

  • You choose how much the card holds, settle the total in crypto, and someone on our team issues it.
  • Two fees apply to every card, both shown before you pay. Neither one comes back.
  • Your authenticator app guards the account and the card numbers. No one at TopUpVCC will ever request those codes.
  • Send the exact total on the exact network shown. Crypto sent anywhere else can be lost.
  • Using a card for anything illegal ends the relationship.

The short version helps you find your way. The sections below are what count.

What TopUpVCC is, and what it isn’t

TopUpVCC sells virtual cards with a balance you choose. You pay for that balance plus our fees in crypto, either on a hosted checkout page or by a direct wallet transfer, and once the payment is confirmed a team member issues the card into your account. Third-party partners issue the cards themselves.

We are not a bank. We don’t hold deposits, issue electronic money, lend money or pay interest. A card balance is spending power on a card, nothing more.

Who can sign up

  • Adults only: 18 or over, and legally able to sign a contract.
  • No sanctions: you may not be on a sanctions list, or be located in or resident of a country or region under broad sanctions.
  • One account each: your account is personal. Opening accounts for other people, or letting them use yours, isn't allowed without our written consent.

Your sign-in and your codes

  • Give a real name and an email inbox you read. Receipts, card news and security alerts all go there.
  • An authenticator app is part of every account. Signing in needs a code from it, and so does unlocking a card number or CVV. It cannot be switched off.
  • Your password, authenticator and recovery codes stay with you. Our team never asks for them, in any channel.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you suspect someone else has access, email [email protected] at once.
  • Lose the authenticator and the recovery codes together, and we will have to confirm your identity before letting you back in, which takes time.

What a top-up costs

  • No card goes below $10.00 or above $5,000.00.
  • The price of a card is its balance, plus a top-up charge of 15% of that balance, plus a flat card fee of $5.00. You see the whole total before paying, and it is fixed the moment you confirm.
  • Fees and limits can change. A change only touches top-ups begun after it.

Paying for a top-up

Crypto checkout

The payment happens on our payment provider’s page. Use exactly the coin, network, address and amount it displays. We treat a top-up as paid only after the provider confirms it. Close the page too early and the receipt in Activity has a button that brings it back. Top-ups that stay unpaid may be cancelled.

Wallet transfer

Transfer the exact total to the address on the confirm sheet, using the network it names, then enter the transaction ID (TXID). A TXID works for one top-up only. A team member checks the transfer on the blockchain before the top-up moves forward.

Fees your wallet adds

Wallets and exchanges often charge network or withdrawal fees. You cover those separately; what reaches us must still be the whole total.

From paid to issued

A person reviews every paid top-up, including the amount that really arrived, before any card is issued. Most paid top-ups turn into a card within a few hours. Treat that as a guide rather than a guarantee: heavy demand, slow networks or a question we have to ask you can stretch it. We may refuse a top-up, for example when we cannot verify the payment or the request looks like it breaks these terms.

When the money doesn’t match

  • Too little arrives. The top-up is held as “Underpaid – needs review” and cannot finish as it stands. Contact us and we will either collect the difference or send back what arrived, minus network costs.
  • Too much arrives. We contact you about sending the surplus back, or using it, less network costs.
  • Wrong network, coin or address. Crypto sent anywhere other than the destination shown may be gone for good. We will make an honest attempt to trace it, but that loss isn’t ours to carry.
  • Slow confirmations. We act on a transfer once the network has confirmed it.

Using your card

  • Every merchant decides for itself whether it takes virtual cards. We can’t promise that any particular shop will accept yours.
  • Guard the card details the way you would guard cash. Anyone holding them can try to spend the balance.
  • A card works until its balance runs out or it expires, whichever comes first. Money left on an expired card is dealt with under the issuer’s policies together with our refund rules.
  • A card can be frozen by us or by the issuer, to stop fraud or because the law says so.

Off-limits uses

Neither the app nor any card may be used to:

  • commit fraud, spend stolen money, use hijacked accounts or deceive a merchant or platform;
  • trade in or promote anything unlawful in your country or the merchant's, including drugs, weapons, fakes and child sexual abuse material;
  • launder money, fund terrorism, evade sanctions or disguise where money came from;
  • run unlicensed gambling or any other business that needs a license you don’t hold;
  • game chargebacks, refunds, trial offers or promotions, or dodge a ban or limit a platform has set for you;
  • sell on cards or card details, or register accounts in another person’s name;
  • attack, scrape, probe or overload our systems.

We may report suspected crime to the authorities and cooperate with them.

Money back

The refund rules decide what can be returned. Briefly: only card balance, never fees; a card that was never used comes back in full; a used one only qualifies with a large amount still on it, and loses a commission.

Pausing or closing an account

We can pause or end an account, freeze its cards, turn down its top-ups or hold balances, without warning where needed, when we have solid grounds to believe that these terms were broken, that the account or a card is at risk, that fraud or other unlawful activity is involved, or that the law or a partner requires it. If the law lets us, we'll explain why. You can end your account at any time through support; any remaining balances are handled under the refund rules.

Names, code and copy we own

The TopUpVCC name, the app, its software and its text belong to us or our licensors and are yours to use only while using the app.

The app as it is

We provide the app as is and as available. Where the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will run without breaks or bugs, that a given shop will take a card, or that a processing estimate will hold. Blockchains and payment providers sit outside our control.

How far our liability goes

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, income, data or goodwill; for losses that follow from your own errors, a transfer on the wrong network for instance; for the acts of merchants, card issuers or blockchains; or for losses from someone using your sign-in. For any single claim, our total liability won't exceed the fees you paid us during the 90 days before the event behind it. None of this caps liability that the law says can't be capped.

If you misuse the app

Breaking these terms or misusing the app or a card makes you answerable for the losses, costs and claims we suffer as a result.

Changes to these terms

New versions are posted on this page with the date they take effect. For important changes we also tell you by email or in your Inbox. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new version.

Which law applies

The law of the country where TopUpVCC is established governs these terms, setting aside its conflict-of-law rules. Any consumer protections in your home country that cannot be waived still apply to you. When something goes wrong, talk to us before anything else; most problems can be sorted out without a formal dispute.
